Judical cuff in Turkey

When the historical development of Turkey's cuff force is examined, it's seen that judicial and administrative missions have been done by one cuff force instead of seperate structures. So, the mentioned judicial mission and authorities have been performed by general cuff forces which is competent with doing judicial missions. In our country that is living the entry process of European Union for more than 10 years, It's argued that the performing judicial mission and it's authorities by another organization or by one of the seperated department of general cuff forces. By the way, under these discussions, the subject connection of the new established organization of Republic Office of the Prosecutors is in the agenda. It hasn't appeared any certain idea about the form of arrangement, law changes and the principles of practise, yet. In this thesis, the judicial cuff organization is examined with the practise in France. After the declaration of republic, with being inspired by German law system which is in the law of punishment hearding of cases, the judicial mission authorities of the Republic Office of the Prosecutors and their assistant which is the place of police and officials are examined and the deficiencies, contradictions and gaps of law are found out. In our country.the Process of Judicial Mission of Present General Cuff Organization (gendarme-police) is utilized in conformity with Euroepan Standards and with taking care of our country's economic and geographic conditions.lt has been worked to be solved the question of "How the Judicial Cuff Organization establishes with the most suitable form and as soon as possisle."
