The purpose here is to put out the effects of the population growth and the R&D annual Investments between the years 1998-2017. The econometric analysis was used with the VAR method by using many tests as the Augmented Vertical Fuller unit cell test and an analysis was performed between the Granger Casualty tests and veriables relations. As a result, the increase in the population leads to an increase in employment, while the increase in R&D expenditures leads to an increase in employment. However, increasing employment does not lead to an increase in R&D expenditures. R&D is insignificant impact on employment emergence of Turkey's R&D spending in the developed countries may be indicative not do much investment share allocation. Turkey's R&D spending to increase investment, investment for production in order to provide employment must also increase.
