Abstract (EN)

m ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to examine the differences of Turkish and Albanian high schools teachers perceptions about organizational culture dimensions (socialization, communication and decision making). The cope of this study is carried out in some schools in Ankara and Vlora cities. By the aid of teachers and directors alike, 306 questionnaire are statistically evaluated. Questionnaires consisting of 32 questions are used to collect the information used in the research. The parts of the questionnaire consisted of the questions with regard to personal information take place in the first part, the questions according to the teachers perception about the organizational culture dimensions (socialization, communication and decision making dimensions) take place in the second part of the questionnaire. In the analysis of the data is used SPSS packet programe. In according to the teachers seniority, seniority in functional school, gender, age, education and teachers existent school type of dispersions is used N (Number) and % (Percentage). In according to the socialization, communication and decision making dimensions views dispersions is used Frequency (f) and Percentage (%) and for all the questions is given arithmetic average (x). As a result; there is no meaningful difference in the perceptions of socialization, communication and decision making when Turkish and Albanian teachers perceptions are appreciated in individual. Also, there is no meaningful difference in the perceptions of socialization, communication and decision making when Turkish and Albanian teachers perceptions according to the independet variables.
