The comparsion of educatianal leadership roles of Albanian and Turkish universities managers

The aim of this research is to examine the differences of Turkish and Albanianuniversities` administrators, regarding to their instructional leadership roles.The cope of this study is carried out in some universities in Turkey and Albaniacountries. By the aid of lecturers alike, 613 questionnaires are statistically evaluated.Questionnaires consisting of 67 questions are used to collect the information used in theresearch. The parts of the questionnaire consisted of the questions regarding to personalinformation take place in the first part and the questions according to the lecturers perceptionabout their administrators instructional leadership roles (determine the university mission,manage the learning and teaching process and be the source of learning and teaching andestabilish a positive organizational culture dimensions) take place in the second part of thequestionnaire.In the analysis of the data is used SPSS 11.5 packet programe. For the analyses of thedata collected is calculated the Frequency (F), for all the questions is given arithmetic average( ? ) and standard deviation. The results are tested in p<.01 range.As a result; there is no meaningful difference in the perceptions of administratorsinstructional leadership roles when Turkish and Albanian lecturers` perceptions areappreciated in individual. Also, there is no meaningful difference in the perceptions ofadministrators determining the organizations mission, managing the learning and teachingprocess and being source of learning and estabilishing a positive organizational clime roleswhen Turkish and Albanian lecturers` perceptions according to the independet variables.There is a meaningful difference between Turkish and Albanian lecturers perceptionsof administrators instructional leadership roles. Turkish lecturers` perceptions are morepositive than Albanian ones.
