Abstract (EN)

The continuous phenomenon of migration that existed with the beginning of humanity is one of the interesting subjects among the Works of international relations nowadays. And it is seen, especially after all the refugee crises and the irregular currents of migrations in The European Union that are being faced by its developed policies of readmissions agreements. Turkey takes a place among The European Union countries that are identified as irregular migration resources. This is why Turkey is an evaluated country that should be in a cooperation with the European Union to manage the irregular migration .The Purpose of this work is the assessment in the context of obligations between the two sides of the cooperation that has been signed by Turkey and The European Union on 16th of December 2013 to readmission agreements of the unauthorized residents. For This purpose, the first part of these works is given to the theories that have been made by explaining and understanding the concepts, reasons and types of migration itself. In the second part of these Works, the readmission agreement of The European Union is evaluated by reconsidering the various directions of the readmission agreements during time periods of history. The third part analysis the obligations and expectations of each side of the readmission agreement by examining the relation between Turkey and The European Union. The Last Part of these works was the European Union from the readmission agreement and the unfulfilled obligations of the agreement of The European Union.
