Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to compare the football infrastructure efficiency of Turkey and European countries according to some factors. The research group of this study consists of the A-National Teams, U19 National Teams of 6 countries (Turkey, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and England) belonging to the last 3 Football Seasons (2018-2021) played, and the top 4 in terms of financial size in the top leagues of the countries. It consists of the player cadres of the football clubs in. Within the scope of the research, the countries in the research group, football A-National Teams (n: 6), football U19 National Teams (n: 6) and football clubs (n: 24); market values, the number of foreign players in the leagues, the number of players trained in domestic and foreign infrastructures, the number of players under the age of 20 in the clubs, the number of players aged 20 and under the clubs' own infrastructure, the players aged 20 and under in the clubs take part in the top league and European matches. compared in terms of lead times. The research data were obtained from the Official Website of the Football Federations of the countries, the Official Website of the Clubs, and various internet platforms that share footballer resumes and career information. Data such as frequency, percentage, average and total obtained within the scope of the research were analyzed by descriptive statistics using the SPSS 20.00 package program. In addition, within the scope of the research, information about the football infrastructure systems of the countries was obtained by scanning the literature. As a result of the research, it was concluded that there are more players trained in football infrastructures outside of the countries in the Turkish National Team staff than in Europe. In addition, although the clubs in Turkey have players aged 20 and under in their squads, it has been concluded that they play in the top league and European matches in less time than European clubs.
