Abstract (EN)

Turkey and Azerbaijan for many years lived in the same land as the children of the same nation. But certain periods of history since established in the respective regions and the two communities lived in different states. The history of relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan is very old. A priority factor that determines the historical process of relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan, no doubt, that the Turks of Turkey and Azerbaijan are the children of the same nation and the same blood is the fact that they come from the same breed. Azerbaijan, in particular 18. Century, the Ottomans from the region, slowly with the liquidation of two regional power Iran and Russia, has been an area of struggle. The main driver of the high rate of growth in the economy of Azerbaijan is oil.
