Harmony in Turkey-Azerbaijan relations ( political, energy, economical and cultural aspect)

After Azerbaijan gained it?s independence with dismemberment of the Soviet Union in 1991, Turkey and Azerbaijan, which come from same race and belong same values in terms of religious belief, language and culture, have improved close cooperation between each other. At the result of this cooperation, these two states have been pursuing harmonic policies each other at the international platform. İn this study, the relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan has been dealed with under titles of Harmony in the Political Relations, Harmony in the Energy Field and Economical and Cultural Aspect of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Harmony. Within this context it has been tried to display harmony between two states.
