Abstract (EN)

While thr banks, are trying to maximise their profits by evaluating their available assets and what they obtain from bank accounts according to the market conditions and competing againist the rivals, in shirt presenting their functions deposits, etc., available resources, and provide the market. According to market sources by evaluating opportunities to maximize profits and to compete with its rivals while working, in short, by providing financial tools needed by economic agents carrying out the functions of the state on the one hand the public is exposed to a qualified tax and financial burdens and responsibilities. Banks' income, resources and interest income from banking services income earned by placing the operational income. Banks with a commercial enterprise, in order to maximize profits and minimize resource costs are required to maximize revenue. At this point, the state tax and financial burdens imposed exact to face the banks. Faced by these loads, such as banks increase operational costs and burdens on the one hand and market the product in the resource cost (credit) rates also increased. A portion of these loads directly charged to customers by banks, under the rules of the reflection of a portion of the tax, to the extent allowed product prices to reflect market conditions seek to increase profits. However, in our globalizing world financial market, the tax burden in terms of financial burdens and the markets, both domestic and foreign markets consist of escape. Therefore, the savings turn to the right channels are affected in the opposite direction. Tax and financial burdens imposed on the financial market, in any case, affect the loan rates, inflation, investment, economic growth, economic growth and recession, budget revenues and sectoral bring about many negative implications. Tax and financial burdens that are used as a tool of monetary policy can be used for this purpose. Tax and financial burdens placed on the banking sector in this study, and this is reflected in how their loans on the effects on the researched and tried to put the country's economy. In our study, the banking sector and the financial burden so that too much tax on bank loans, and credit pricing of this situation in terms of the banking sector affected by the operational need arise. The added resource for the voluntary collection of banks and financial burdens on the state collects taxes will be collected through banks can be considered complete. Reflected in the reduction of the financial burden on the tax credits, no doubt that the positive effects on the country's economy and investments. The resulting loss of tax in the expanding economy, is thought to be compensated as a result of increased investments and employment. Down the cost of obtaining funds through lowering taxes on financial transactions, budget balance, considering the subject, seems to be a measure that could result in the short term. Keywords: 1.
