Abstract (EN)

This studies aim is analyzing the Turkish Information and Communications Technologies Sector?s labor force market to take advantage of advance sample countries in this sector. First of all external subjects which effects this area are investigating for analyzing the labor force market in that framework. External subjects are being formed from macro variables as countries technological infrastructure, ICT sectors? growth, competition and institutional capacity. The section which labor force market?s investigating deeply is being formed the subjects as wages, employment, unemployment, genders, legal structure and labor force market?s operations. All this investigations are configured as symmetric for the world, India, Ireland and Turkey.Qualitative and quantitative research techniques have been both used in this study. Reports, handouts and other news have been red related with the countries about this sector. And also a VAR model has been set up include GDP, sector?s growth and employment across impulse- response for all the sample country and Turkey. In the final section this model has been compared as across type. In this model 2000-2007 time series are used through the lack of adequate data.This thesis is analyzing the ICT labor force market in Turkey in detailed. Although the sector has huge employment capacity, the investment and education structure has affected this subject very high. To creating employment especially direct foreign investment has to improve and provide to the domestic enterprisers global experiences. In the light of these experiences domestic enterprisers will generate the quality ICT product and this process will influence the employment?s quantity and quality in the affirmative way.The other result obtained with this study is trainee and employment relations. Although this relation is so important for all sectors, it meets more success because of the added value and the transformation community speed.
