Abstract (EN)
In The Turk law, Get divorceding is possible for the Judge Decision and evident reasons explained law clearly. Both as a result of marriage and as a result of divorce, some important variations and reforms in regional, economical, social, personal and legal status of people occur. Event of divorce in the process of social and regional changing, social and cultural factors which causes divorce and marriage, divorce and marriage in Gaziantep and Turkey, divorce and status of women are titles of this study.
