Nowadays, societies need to solve unemployment and inadequate employment at the beginning of the problems. Solving these problems is of great importance in terms of development and prosperity levels of societies. Women are among the most affected by the employment problem. Women's vulnerability to changing and flexible working conditions is increasing more. In order to minimize the negative effects of women in working life, protective regulations are made especially in labor and social security law. The main purpose of this study, the woman then being woman workforce brought about the pros and cons in the light of international documents and to identify missing aspects of the laws of Turkey in force by taking applications and to offer suggestions for improvement. In this context, the existing legal regulations in Turkey, as the effects of female employment years were analyzed with comparative tables. During this analysis of the women employment in Turkey were utilized the OECD and TSI data. The results of the comparative analysis conducted to demonstrate the changes in female employment over the years, the existing legal regulations in Turkey, the legal sense, we believe that there can not create the desired effect on female employment rates. In order to increase female employment rates, it is considered that legally recognized rights should be made workable by the state's effective supervision mechanism and this supervision should be supported by social policies and other practices.
