Effects of child care on women labor force and legal arrangements

Female labor force employment is increasing in the world. Social change, education The rise of the level, legal regulations and new forms of work have led to more women taking part in the labor market. This is a positive development for all communities. But, As a result of gender discrimination, women have a lower level of labor force than male labor force. The most important reason for this is the need for a mother in child care. To solve these problems and to ensure social justice and social welfare in the society, international organizations, governments and trade unions have developed policies. In this study, women labor force problems in child care and working life are examined and policies developed to solve problems are included.
