Abstract (EN)
Behavior, personality and socialization ability of adults are shaped by the physical environment they took part in childhood. Physical, social, sensory and cognitive development in different age stages of childhood is varied in city, public space, housing, education areas and other places. Spaces designed for children should be designed to meet their needs and spatial experience qualities. This study focuses on the relationship between children and space by aiming to evaluate the Academic Theses in Architecture which published in Turkey since 90's. In this context, it is aimed to determine the extent to which the Child-Space issue is handled among the architectural disciplines and form a base to guide future studies.
