The policies of training education administer from foundation period of Turkish Republic to 2009

In our century, training manager?s behaviours ,their duties and expectations from manager are increasing more and more .Need for educational leader who can manage the school successfully is increasing day by day .Because of this,in this research,from the Republic Period to 2009,the policies of educating the training manager have been handled , and evaluation of samples in Turkey relate to training of school manager has been made.In research ,seven sub-problems have been searched for solution.In first sub-problem,in constitutions; In second sub-problem,in laws; In third sub-problem ,in instruction and regulations; In fourth sub-problem ,ın the Turkish Republic National Education Councils;In fifth sub-problem , in the Turkish Republic Development Plan;In sixth sub-problem ,with decisions oriented educating the training manager in the Turkish Republic Government Programme;In seventh sub-problem , applications of being educated the training manager have been evaluated.At the end of the research, ıt has been seen that the policies of educating of the training manager generally shaped in National Education Councils, and decisions that have been taken here reflect the regulations of appointment and displacement and there is no a our certain plan in educating the training manager.
