Anatomical and palynological investigations on genus Astragalus L. (Fabaceae) sections Uliginosi gray and Ornithopodium bunge in Turkey

Abstract (EN)
In this study, the morphological, anatomical (root, stem, leaflet, petiole and fruit) palynological and micromorphological characters of genus Astragalus L. in Turkey belonging to sections Uliginosi Gray (A. falcatus Lam., A. odoratus Lam.) and Ornithopodium Bunge (A. ornithopodioides Lam., A. stevenianus DC. var. stevenianus, A. stevenianus DC. var. kochianus (Sosn.) Chamb., A. jodostachys Boiss. & Buhse have been investigated. Moreover, identification key, descriptions of the species and geographical distribution of the species are given. According to latest taxonomic data, it is determined that the name of the section of Euodmus Bunge is Uliginosi. A. stevenianus var. stevenianus and A. stevenianus var. kochianus belonging to section Ornithopodium have been compounded.
