Abstract (EN)
What would be the effect of having ?memory laws? which consists the recognition of an occurrence that happened in the past or having laws which punish to deny a recognized occurrence in Turkey which does not have general discrimination laws. Could such these laws act a role to avoid racism against to non-Muslim minorities? Could such laws help to reach the justice? These questions are the main problematic of this study.
