Investigation of job satisfaction levels and burnout levels of wrestling referees on Turkey according to various factors

The aim of study; Was investidated to job satisfaktion and burnout level of international and national refrees in the turkey. The method of this study was deseriptive method the sample group of study was composed of 126 international and national wrestling refrees who employee during 2010-2011season around turkey. All participants volunteered in the study. In this study, a questionnaire used to collect research data. The questionnaire consist of theree section : (a) personel information form , (b) maslach burnout scale, (c) mennessota job satisfaction scale. The analysis of data used to binary comparison Mann Whitney U and for multiply comparison Kruskall Whallis H test. Also for level of correlation used to Spearman Analysis Test. The level of significance was p<0.05. Significant was detected between depersonalization burnout domain according to category of refree for wrestler refrees (p<0.05). Also , there was significant differ between both average salary and how about effect of appoinments on formal job sensuality burnout status. Additionally there were significant differ between both the opinion of the refrees is financial gain and social status (p<0.05). However, there was not significant differ between both job satisfaction and burnoud level age, marital status, profession, education level, experience of wrestling, geographic enviroment, years of refrees, number of match for a season, other have refree status (p>0.05). Besides, there were significant weak inverse correlatin between job satisfaction and emotional burnout (r= -0,255 , p<0,01) , for depersonalization domain there was weak inverse relation (r= -0,97 , p<0,01) for personal achivement domain was weak correlation (r= - 0,341 , p<0,01).
