Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study is to reveal the existing situation and occupational problems of the sport reporters working newspaper, TV and agents in Turkey and to offer suggestions within the light of these information. Existing knowledge regarding to main problem of study has given in a systematic way after, it has been serached and collected from literature. Besides, a questionnaire has been eplied an solutions for problem of study have been looked for in data obtained from this questionnaire The scope of the study consists of the sport reporters working in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir. The survey has been applied to 185 sport reporters. 143 surveys have been evaluated and exposed to statistical processes. Freguency, percentage and mean scores have been formed on tables, before serching for significiant differencas between opinions and some variables. Fater analising the data with T-Test and One Way ANOVA analyses in SPSS 1 1.0 Statistical Package Program, result have been evaluated. Consequently, it is determined that sport reporters are not able to find the desired working conditions in Turkey, they find their salaries low and working hours high, they have anxiety for the future they have problems in promoting and they agree upon the ideas about insufficient technical equipment.
