The problems of foreigners in the public instutions in Turkey

To meet the needs of various public institutions in the process they are in our country of foreigners who migrated to Turkey, the problems they experience when they apply to receive services constitute the main purpose of this study. The aim of this study is; The problems of foreigners in the public service stage in our country, the problems they face in public institutions under various headings to be addressed and possible solutions to problems. The study consists of three parts. The first part of the literature review and explanation of basic concepts and development is devoted to the history of migration in Turkey and around the world. In this context, after introducing the basic concepts to be used during the study such as immigration, immigrant, foreign, asylum, refugee and asylum-seeker, the contemporary migration problems that have reached the summit with the Syrian refugee crisis were presented to give a general picture of the factual background of the study. In the second part of Turkey and the European Union immigration policy, immigration and public services, especially the legal regime of the cases are investigated and dealt with the relationship between these two issues. In this context, social, adaptation and integration in terms of solving the problems of foreigners. Turkey is referred to in legal and institutional infrastructure of public services provided to foreigners. In the same section, the problems associated with public services provided to immigrants in Turkey is discussed in general. The third part of the study, Turkey 49 service areas from 59 different nationalities Directorate of Immigration administration in general is devoted to field work done over 1174 people. In this context, the results of the survey conducted with the immigrants mentioned were analyzed; An in-depth study of the problems experienced by immigrants in the public service, in particular the problems experienced by immigrants in public institutions and their feelings about these problems.
