Producation of religious knowledge in Turkey: Madrasah and theologies

As institutions with two different contexts, madrasas and theology, modern and traditionalism can be the subject of debates from time to time in the context of contemporary or classical perspective. It is one of the starting points of this study to contribute to these discussions and to present the difference between madrasahs and theology in a systematic way. In this context, the healthy comparison of these two institutions requires the inevitable use of informational sociology as well. In this context, a healthy comparison of these two institutions, the inevitable use of knowladga sociology in relation to knowladge is required. Ultimately, sociology of knowledge acts with a fundamental argument that knowledge is both temporal and spatial. In this context, the comparison of madrasah and theology inevitably points to space and time. It points to the space. Because the roots of today's madrassas they continued their active presence in Turkey is based on about 14 centuries-old history. However, temporarily, theology points to a period of about 60 years and reflects the current modern educational paradigm.
