Abstract (EN)

The insufficency of national savings, therefore the lack of capital enlargement is one of the basic problem of undeveloped and developing countries, during the economical growth period especially the countries where the population in working age increase .While the labour supply widely enlarges, the labour demand can not and unemployment reveals and it affects general welfare negatively both with the economical and social dimenson. Foreign direct foreign investments contributes to national income as it enlarges the capital stock it also makes the basic macroeconomic signs grow like ınflation,balance of payments, employment . The purpose of this study is to uncover the developments, and distrubition and as a result the effects on employment of direct foreign investments in Turkey.On the other hand to identify the politics to increase the employment in Turkey which is not at the level as it's expected.
