Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to evaluate the social work practices for disabled people living in Kocaeli in the context of disabled people. The application part of this research was carried out between December-2018 and May-2019 in Başiskele, Darıca, Derince, Dilovası, Gebze, Çayırova, Körfez, İzmit, Kandıra, Kartepe, Gölcük and Karamürsel districts of. During this application, informed consent was obtained from the persons. The application was carried out with 63095 disabled people living in Kocaeli province. The model of this research is screening. The data obtained with the application were analyzed with İBM SPSS 22 program. Findings obtained as a result of these analyzes show the level of satisfaction of the disabled with the services they receive in terms of social work.
