Prof.Dr. A.Gürsan SARAÇ 2001 -Page: W S Jury:Assistant Prof.Dr. A.Gürsan SARAÇ :Prof.Dr. Babek KURBANOV :Doç.Dr. Ilgar İMAMVERDİYEV In this study, what academic personnel and teachers at the departments of Fine Arts Teaching and high schools think about the music teacher's being educated, the problems during the music teacher's being educated, and, in the titles of the administrative structure, lessons, instruments, teaching programmes, concert activities, the profession of teaching, the views and thoughts of music teachers have been taken up. In the study, in order to determine the situation which is available in general, "descriptive method" has been used and data has been taken up by means of the results of surverys applied in respect of academic personnel and music teachers. In the study carried out, the middle level" and, as a result, it has been suggested how the problems about the music teacher's being educated will be solved to the large extent.
