Governments' effect on economy in Turkey: 1990-2012

In democratic systems, governments, which are founded with public elections, direct not only politics but also country?s economy. In this context with the thing of throwing light on directions in Turkey, elections, which were made in the area of 1990-2012, were considered with the interaction with economic indicators of governments which were founded after these elections.The aim of this study is that evaluates interaction between economic indicators with governments in Turkey among 1990-2012. With respect to governments' frameworks, it is searched for an answer that whether single-party governments or coalition governments assure stability on economy.Available thesis and articles which are writter on this subject, are considered. Generally, it is shown that governments study whether political directions of contributions on economy. However, in this thesis, it is momentously emphasized that governments are incorporated both politics and economic aspects.Interaction with economy of governments in the area 1990-2012 are considered in Turkey. Initially, spesific consepts are explained and then, the indicators of economy are stated. There after, in the frame of these concepts, economic indictors are evoluated. In the conclusion of these evaluations, economic instabilitiy and economic crisis occur when political instability happens.
