Abstract (EN)
In this study, Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) theory are used for analysing our export products / product groups and aimed to make comparative analysis. By the study, as well as the determination of the coefficients of comparative advantage, it is intended to provide an estimation for the direction of changes over time with the goal of identifying future periods by estimating trends rather than specifying them statically. This study reviewed the literature on international competitiveness, theoretical and current approaches and then in the second part, international competitiveness of the measurement methods / theory of Revealed Comparative Advantage indices were examined. In the application part of the study, by using Revealed Comparative Advantage Index, all of which are subject to Turkey's exports of products / product groups were determined based on the level of competitiveness throughout the world. In the conclusion, the findings of the comparative advantage tried to put forward in the face of competing countries in the world's market.In particular, the export of products and product groups, which are subject to classification according to relative growth of the world market and their revealed comparative advantages is seen very important in winning the comparative advantage and international competitiveness in the future, and at the same time this makes the study different from other studies.
