Economic growth which provided with different strategies, what kind ofconsequences appear in favour or opposite of which social sections, and the results howthese effect poverty in Turkey are the prior questions, to be answered. Whilst we searchthe answer of this question, two models which is developed since 1940`s have to befocused: import substitution and export oriented growth strategies.Growth strategies which governments formulate and implement, determine the needs ofcapital accumulation in that period.
