The historical development of the primaryschool in Turkey (1970?2010)

In this study, pre-school and primary education in Turkey situations that occurred between the years 1970-2010 has been put forward within the framework of certain themes. These themes are the legal regulations, policies, training programs, textbooks, teacher training, in-service training, the eight-year compulsory basic education, projects, geographical access, digital developments, the physical structure and financing.Research has characteristics of qualitative research. As the nature of the historical construction of the document review by the character. Analysis, document analysis method has been used in research.The research is structured in five sections. In the first part the research problem, purpose, significance, limitations and definitions are given. Research on the second part, the third part, the method of research, model, data collection, data analysis, are presented. In the fourth chapter the findings from research and interpretations, conclusions and recommendations of the fifth, so the last part of the study are presented
