Abstract (EN)
The unemployment issue in Turkey has distracted the items of business of the country for years. Unfortunately, to find a way out of unemployment hasn?t been possible. Day by day the value of labour intensive sectors have come into prominence. Tourism holds the first place among these sectors. Tourism is a sector, which could make headway in Turkey. Besides favourable impressions to the economy of the country, characteristic of creating deploy brings this sector in the foreground in decreasing unemployement, as well. In this study, theoretical infastructure of deploy and unemployment matters were analyzed; thereafter structure of deploy and issue of unemployment of Turkey was examined. At the same time, development of tourism and properties of sector were refered and their possible effects on deploy were searched. In this study; as a result, according to tourism sector, deploy rises continuously, with less cost more people have job creation and a more consistent raise on the capacity of deploy occurs. Suggestions about improving the contribution of tourism sector in the resolution and diminishing of unemployment were come out.
