The Distinction Between Tukey Scouting Federation and Organizationof Ministry of National Education and annual activity report

Scouting can be named as a structure which we can regard as part of education developing child?s or teen?s progress and which improve him/her both physically and socaially. In fact it is all the activities including recreative activities in which the child evaluate his/her free time. In other words, scouting is a psychologic, pysical and emotional education activity applied internationally. Its aim is to develop children?s- from inside outside the school ? investigative, constructive and creative skills, to feature his/her personality traits and to teach the necessary knowledge and skills.In my study the following elements have been researched: the construct of scouting in Turkey, how it is conducted and the differences between the Federation of Scouting and Ministery of Education Scouting Organization by investigating their programs. The study includes the leaders of the Federation of Scouting and Ministery of Education Scouting Organization performing their Works in Ankara.According to the results of the study, it has been observed that scouting has an important effect upon a person in terms of his/her development. However we sholud also note that the fact that scouting is being conducted by two independent organization has a negative influence on scouting. There are differences between the two organizations in terms of scout promise, scout justice , aim and duty; on the other hand it is clear that there will be no problem if these two organizations conduct their work together.Consequently, reunion of these two organizations(after all they are both under the control of the state) will have a substantial effect on Turkey both on national and international arenas.
