Abstract (EN)
The concept of institutionalism and institutional entrepreneurialism have become more of an issue lately and accepted as two different strategies for companies, what is enchanted and applied by the plant and, who aim to provide sustainable competition. Institutionalism also refers to be accepted by the public, to enhance entrepreneurship and sovereignty, to satisfy both client and workers, and to fulfill management functions efficiently and effectively. So that institutionalism is not only related to the physical structure and aspects of the plant, but also related to the philosophy of a long term, consistent management. Constantly growing of a company brings up some difficulties. Growing companies somehow tend to lose their ability to be proactive and progressive. At this point, it is suggested to companies to gain enterprising characteristics in terms of organizationalism due to solve the problem. In this research, data was gathered from actively working 189 carpet machinery plants overall in Turkey, and survey method is used to collect the data. Data was observed according to the Likert 5 scale questioner. As a result, a weakly positive relationship was observed between institutionalism and its sub dimensions in this study.
