Technology in music education in Turkey

TECHNOLOGY IN MUSIC EDUCATION IN TURKEY (Ph.D THESIS) H. Serdar CAKIRER GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE OCTOBER-2002 ABSTRACT In this study, recent days status of music education in Turkey, the existence in the institution in respect of technological means- equipment, the using status and surroundings of these means- equipments in respect of teachers and students have been researched. For this purpose, 8 institutions were selected in between chairmans of these institutions, 12 members of teachers and 20 students in order to designate the usage status of these technological tools. The results derived from this poll and were evaluated by taking analysis of these results.
