Abstract (EN)
Energy always has a decisive role in the economic and social life of countries. It is important that it is one of the important inputs for the sector, and researches have somehow proved to be a prerequisite for sustainable development. In addition, energy is a contributing factor to scientific work in the academic mosque, and it stands out as a factor facilitating social life by providing heating, lighting and transportation facilities. The ability to reach energy sources, to maintain and manage energy flows, therefore, is crucial to ensure that long-term objectives are often located on energy reserves and that they are managed with effective management. That is why states have entered into a conflict of interest over energy sources, primarily primary or fossil resources, primarily coal, oil and natural gas, and world wars have emerged in the political arena. Since the 1980s, energy politics have become very relevant to economic, social, security, environmental policies as well as national interests. The increasing financial vulnerability of many countries has forced them to allow MNCs to offer investment opportunities around the world. As the "financial deepening" dimension increased at the end of the 1970s, the role of governments was on a declining trend in the economy and energy sector. The neoliberal wave of the 1980s created a "deregulation" of large energy sub-sectors as the volume of privatization of public institutions increased. In this study, the development process of Turkish energy policies will be discussed in the first part and energy policy and free market management oriented to the state in Turkish energy sector will be explained. Electricity, natural gas, petroleum, coal and renewable / alternative energy sources will be presented in separate chapters within the context of Turkey's energy policies since the 1980s. In the second part of the work, Turkey's energy profile will be drawn and compared with the energy trends in the world. In this context, it will be opened to discuss what regional risks are in the implementation of energy policies, and political proposals will be presented in order to increase Turkey's role as an energy center and the activity in the region. In the second part, the enrichment of the national energy within the context of the changing energy strategy of Turkey will be presented with the scope and scope of renewable energy and nuclear energy resources and mention the stable progress of Turkey as an energy trade hub and its activities in national and international arena. An evaluation will be made and a long-term contract between TEİAŞ and ENTSO-E will be considered as a legal act that sets out Turkey's determination in terms of energy policy.
