Abstract (EN)
In this study on hybrid energy systems, economic, technical and environmental analyzes of hybrid energy systems were made by making simulations in different designs in order to meet the 25-year electricity need of 50-household settlements in the selected pilot regions (Yozgat-Karaman-Sinop cities). On average, the electricity consumption of 50 households has been calculated by utilizing the usage times and label values of the appliances that are frequently used at home. The HOMER (Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable) program was used in the design and optimization of hybrid energy systems designed to meet this electricity need. As a result of these studies, the program has produced system proposals with different options. Among these propositions, a choice can be made by considering factors such as cost, energy potential of the region, and investor preference. It is seen that the initial investment cost is amortized in the 11th year depending on current electricity prices and possible inflation rates, and it is predicted that it will make a great contribution to the prevention of CO₂ emissions. Thus, thousands of trees will be saved. This study has shown that our country has a great potential in the field of renewable energy resources and this potential can be used more efficiently with hybrid energy systems. At the same time, it has shown that it is important to expand hybrid energy systems in our country and in the world.
