Abstract (EN)
This thesis try to show that maritime economical or security challanges is the most active in the region in respect of Turkey affair. Maritime transportation capability of the Black Sea from ancient Greek to this day and security problems in the history which relates to the Black Sea were searched. Besides EU maritime investment projects were argued. At last Black Sea security dimension and maritime trade capacity were compared with Baltic Sea.
