Abstract (EN)

In the globalizing world, public diplomacy has become an important tool in the new world order as an effective element of power in addition to traditional diplomacy. Public Diplomacy, which now creates a multiplier effect in addition to classical diplomacy activities, is a field that has proven itself both theoretically and practically in the world. At this point, the increasing importance of public diplomacy in Turkey's foreign policy approach in recent years and the activities developed through these tools often play a key role in foreign policy processes. Seeing this reality in many different geographies and explaining its own values, theses and culture in short, Turkey has put this into practice in North Africa, with which it has historically deep relations. In this context, the subject of this research is to investigate and analyze the mutual relations of Algeria and Morocco in Africa, which are taken as case studies, and Turkey's public diplomacy activities in these countries, to better understand the mutual interactions and to make different policy recommendations.
