The analysis of Turkey's organic products export and organic sultana example of Manisa city

In this study, it is aimed to evaluate organic seedless raisins in terms of producers and exporters in Manisa province. The first study begins by giving information about overview of organic agriculture. Then, it is tried to put forward the state of the organic raisins in the World, Turkey and Manisa province. Various articles, thesis, journals and newspapers are used as sources during the determination and evaluation of the data. In this research, surveys are conducted with 33 organic seedless raisin producers and 3 exporter companies in Manisa province. In order to reach a conclusion based on survey data, statistical tests were applied using SPSS program and hypotheses were formed. As a result of the surveys, it is revealed that organic seedless raisins will not be valid in the future. Farmers couldn't be supported enough by the government and they face with delays in collection of their payments from the firms. Organic seedless raisins is not very different from conventional raisins in terms of price. Due to all of these reasons many farmers cancelled the organic producer certificate or are in the stage of cancelling. As a result, at the end of the study, some evaluations made and suggestions provided for all these situations.
