Abstract (EN)

Turkey, going through the constitutional amendment referendum on April 16, 2017 adopted a new system of government. Besides having the basic elements of the American presidential system together, but called "Turkish-style presidential system" due to some features, with the new system, Turkey has entered a new phase with regard to the government systems discussed for many years. Time will show that the system will succeed or not. In order for this to be understood, it is important how the political parties will take shape in the new government system and how the party system structure will be affected. Indeed, the political system problems situated in Turkey's history as it relates to the government system, is also associated with the party system. Our work, addresses the question of how the new government system will affect the party system with an approach that takes into account the importance of this correlation between government systems and party systems. To this end, our study elaborates the basic meaning and historical dimensions of the aforementioned concepts and examining Turkey's political history, generated arguments are substantiated. In the light of this information, the structure of the new government system is examined and tried to discuss how to affect the party system and the political structure for the new period, by the explaining with scientific reasons.
