Mankind consructed and demolished many states, developed different economic systems to make its desires came true. In recent times, we face the order that many countries accept and use is the economic order based on free market economy.A.Smith, known as the father of capitalism, designated his ideas for U.K., which is the firstly industrialized nation, to rule the world order. According to A.Smith state is not capable of doing more profitable and fruitful enterprisses than individuals. Because of this reason, government should only provide state defence, distribute justice, finance education, healthcare, great public works and establishments for enterprises that are useful for public but not profitable for individuals. For this reason our study titled ?Provization Application in Turkey and Provization of Derince Harbour? while examining provization on the theoretical basis, it takes up the matter not as a financial problem but at the perspective of the range from straregy to application. And in our study, by the light off our findings, globalization, and where it stems from are explained; so then in our study it is stated that provization of harbours and importance of Derince Harbour, at the final chapter of our study the result of globalization in the Turkey and in the World is widely examined.
