Abstract (EN)

Election expenses is totally of spents by government, parties, candidates and other actors at the general election term. This expenditures to show differences as to countries.The research problem of this study respects economic effects of election expenditures in 2002 ? 2007 term in Turkey. In this respect the objectives of this study can be stated as:a)How much is the expenditures total and disperses on which elements?b)Owerall of election expenditures how to influences on economy?c)İncomes and outcomes of political parties how to disperses on ?two party analysis??d)The expenditures has a politic and economic effectivities?e)Election expenses which effects on democratic systems?İn order answers these questions, in addition to a literature and balance sheets of ?party in power? and ?opposition party?. Prefer to ?two party analysis? because of providing difficulties on data asurance. Using datas from ?party in power? and ?opposition party? because of being best position on expenditures is ?party in power? and second best position is ?opposition party?. Datas supporting by pp.?s.Within this framework, election expenditures as too much as for Turkey and big quantity wasting for Turkish Economy. Finally of analysis; the election expenditures equals spoil effects on political parties and voters. Same as nature and naturel sources. In this respect, it can be said that the findings of the study have quite important pratical implications.
