The amount of information produced throughout human history is constantly increasing. It is increasingly important to reach this information. People with disabilities, like disabled people, have access to all kinds of information. The situation in which they are involved should not prevent them from accessing information and other information services. Public librarians are contributing to lifelong learning and independent decision-making as well as to the enhancement of cultural and personal development. In short, it is a door that opens to the world of knowledge. Libraries should meet the expectations and expectations of all users. Libraries should be able to flex their services according to the handicapped groups. Libraries serving visually impaired users must produce appropriate policies and meet the needs of users. However, visually impaired users are experiencing difficulties accessing Braille, audio or large print publications. This study was conducted to determine the status of the audio library service and attitudes of the visually impaired in Turkey. Librarians preferred by visually impaired individuals and the services they receive from these libraries have been examined. In addition, attempts have been made to identify problems that they have experienced in accessing information sources. The possibilities and living troubles provided by the visually impaired libraries have been researched. Within the scope of the research, the results obtained from interviews and interviews were evaluated Libraries have not been able to meet the needs of visually impaired users. Special sections should be created for visually impaired people in libraries. In libraries, sources of interest for visual impairment should be made both qualitatively and quantitatively satisfactory for the visually impaired. It is necessary to simplify the access of the visually impaired users to the resources and documents. Technological innovations for audible libraries should be closely monitored. libraries serving the blind and visually impaired in Turkey is very low. It is inadequate for the services provided beside the lack of libraries. The number of libraries that will serve visually impaired is increased, it is possible to establish a measure and a standard within these libraries
