Abstract (EN)

The phenomenon of resistance that has existed since the emergence of power in the world has manifested itself as active and passive resistance. The types of resistance that people exhibit against those who have power and power have shown themselves in different ways. Civil disobedience, which is one of these resistance models, differs from other resistance models with its basic characteristics such as rejection of violence, making it open to the public, not completely ignoring the system, and having the feature of calling for public. In my thesis, in order to resist oppression and oppression, I will try to examine the thoughts that people have developed in the historical process and the attitudes of the heavenly religions towards resistance. I will analyze the content of the concept of civil disobedience and examine the main elements in detail. In the modern age, I will try to examine the pioneering figures that produce thoughts and pay for the sake of disobedience. I will try to discuss the legitimacy of civil disobedience in terms of positive and natural law and explain its admissibility in accordance with conscientious and moral principles. The main subject of my work constitutes the major impacts in the political life and civil disobedience actions occur after 1980 in Turkey. I will examine the feature of civil disobedience actions taking place in our country as a civil opposition to politics, democratic citizenship awareness and power.
