Abstract (EN)

In today's business life, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are important issues. The organizational commitment to employees' positive and strong emotions is important in terms of continuity and empowerment of organizations. While organizational commitment is a broad concept for the organization as a whole, job satisfaction is narrower and involves the emotional reaction of the individual to work. The increase in job satisfaction affects the growth of the organization, its success and its stability; The employee also needs to be satisfied with the job of having high performance. The emergence of social service is based on the benefit of all the individuals in society at equal opportunities and opportunities. The purpose of social service is to define abstract and general expressions and to remove imbalances from the middle. The main target group is found in the community in a disadvantageous position compared to other individuals. The main purpose of the study is to examine the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees from different business and professional groups that provide services in the field of social services. Employees 'loyalty to the organization they serve and their satisfaction from the work they are doing affects positively / negatively the employees' attitudes toward work and their motivations for work life and their approach to the groups they serve. The study was conducted in the Department Hospice is one of the oldest social service organization in Turkey within the framework of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The institution is intended to be an institution operating in the field of social services and offering three different disadvantaged groups (elderly, disabled and children) in the same month. The examination of the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the employees in this institution is seen as an important factor affecting the efficiency and quality of the service they receive from elderly, disabled and children who are serving here. Quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were used together in the study. In order to measure the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, a total of 158 questionnaires were administered and data were collected and analyzed by SPSS program. Negotiations were obtained through the semi-structured interview, which is a qualitative research method on the findings and the proposed proposal.In the quantitative data analysis part, correlation analysis, t-test analysis and anova analysis were used. The first part of the questionnaire consists of demographic questions. İ The second part was the "Organizational Commitment Scale", which was credited to the literature by Allen and Meyer (1990) and tested by domestic and foreign researchers for validity and reliability. In the third part, "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale", which is a high academic scale, was used. In the analysis made within the scope of the research, it is seen that there is a relation between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job satisfaction level is high. It was also found that the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the employees in the institution differ according to the gender and the shift work system but do not show any difference according to the working time in the institution.
