Sustainable health tourism, development & Marketing in Turkey

Nowadays, health tourism is gaining importance among tourism types not only in Turkey but all over the world. With the increase in communication, communication and transportation opportunities in the world, individuals seeking treatment in countries other than their own has led to the emergence of "Health Tourism". Individuals are informed about treatment opportunities and prices in different countries much faster and easier than before, and successful health institutions can easily reach every individual by using media opportunities to convey their success. This awareness results in individuals traveling to different countries when they find suitable opportunities for treatment, and this type of mobility is called "Health Tourism". Creating a different and new market environment for developed and developing countries makes health tourism important. Countries have entered the race to attract tourists to the field of health tourism due to their high economic returns. Increasing health expenditures in the world make this field even more valuable and there is serious competition in the field of health tourism between countries. Although there are suitable opportunities for health tourism in Turkey, it is one of the countries with a very high potential in the field of health tourism.
