Due to the employment of women in Turkey and TRC1 region dominated by the patriarchal structure is an important issue. Many regulations have been made to increase women's employment, and efforts to implement policies have never reached the desired level of women's employment. Female labor force is of great importance in terms of country welfare, development and sustainability of development. Analysis of the current situation of female labor force is important in terms of shedding light on the policies to be applied. For this purpose, the main factors affecting the participation of women in the labor force in Turkey and TRC1 Region (educational status, age) within the framework of the female labor force, between the years 2007 to 2017 were examined. The data used in this study were obtained from the Turkey Statistical Institute data base. The results of the regression, correlation and frequency analyzes in the statistical data portfolio were evaluated. While there is a negative relationship between education level and unemployment, it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between education level and employment.
