In Turkey, there is a problem about structures. The problem is quality of the using materials and quality of workmanship. This qualities have not obey teh standarts, specifications and computed values in plans. They control quality of materials, quality of workmanship, suitability of project. But concrete companies, laboratories, inspection of structure companies, contractors, users, related ministry and related municipalities have a one common point that inspection of structure companies. While construction of new structures, inspection of structure company have laboratories make test about using materials. They inform related ministry and municipalities about reports of this tests. However, this reports truth accepts. But in Turkey, unfortunately some laboratories make corrections in this reports and this reports don?t compare with another reports.Using of program that prepared by Duru Bilişim, products of structures quality check systematic and every phase of construction. There is a control mechanism between sample that was taken by concrete companies and laboratories. In this way, each unit can control every phase of construction and if there is a problem, any unit notice that problem.Finally, quality control of material that using in construction of structures could obtain. And intended level of quality of materials couls obtain. But there is a another factor that effects quality of structures. This is quality of workmanship. Only solution of this problem is quality of leader of construction site or constructors.
