Examination of the forming role of foundation enterprises on private sector in Turkey

Foundation is jurisprudence name of the individuals eternal socialized revenueand capital of his private possession with his free will.Like the same with other developing countries the major amount of capitalbelongs to minorities, the capital doesn?t spread to the community, leads socialeconomic injustice and certain problems. The spread of the capital not only to theshareholders but all levels of the community may only happen with civil societyinstitutions and especially foundations.Foundation enterprises display a significant role to shape up the private sectorin Turkey. The Foundation of Improvement of Turkish Armed Forces and TurkishTechnology Development play crucial roles for defense industry and developingprojects for private sector, respectively. Among the private sector, growing number ofbusiness branches are managed by foundation enterprises, and these are getting tobe the third rising sector with public and private sector.Even though, there are positive improvements for foundation enterprises inTurkey, it is far away from the desired place. In the most of the developed countries,such as America and Europe, foundation enterprises functions in different fields,plays a locomotive role among public and private sector for solving problems.Necessary regulations and encouragements should be established to justifiedfinancial support for increasing the number of public and private sector. During thehard period Turkey is running through, as the third sector with public and privatesector foundation enterprises, like the ones in the developed countries, should bereconstructed.
