Turkey's foreign labour employment: The case of Yalova

This study will be discussed in the framework of employment of foreigners living example of Yalova in Turkey. giving information about legislation concerning the work of foreigners in Turkey will be discussed existing applications. In the conclusion part, the data obtained from the applied questionnaire will be shared. In the first part of our study, detailed definitions about foreign concept and similar concepts will be mentioned and the steps and criteria of determining the status of foreigners will be mentioned. Each country has its own laws and regulations that regulate the working life of the country. information regarding the legislation of foreigners working in Turkey will be given.
