Assesment of legal arragements about environment including building components in Turkey

Environment problems have shown increment at global scale since Industrial Revolution. Building components production is one of the most important industrial activities which expands natural resources consumption and waste production. Strategies and politics, which associate building components with environment and maintain sustainable development, mean both global and national scale. Politics in which are relationed with components, are provided with international conventions. Right along with, conventions are ensured by laws, by-laws, notifications and standarts at national scale. Despite of legal arragements, a certain number of strategies include componentquarter to be applied in market. Industrial ecology approaching, life cycle assesment and waste management are range of patterns to strategies. Altough some legal arragements, which maintain the relation between environment and component are raised, there are some problems at practice. Fundemental problem in global scope is observed that the aligment difficulties in international conventions. Problems in national scope is discrepancy in arragements. Additionaly, some problems at practice methods are appeared. Legal arragements are cllasified by four dimension to analyze problems. Assesment in arragements, it is called that legal and administrative, economical, technical and social dimension. Also, proposals are given by four dimension to contribute acceleration of resolution scale. It is came out that social awareness criterion must be developed by arragement's assesment. It is thought that providing awareness in individual, social and vocational dimension will let development in environmental scale at components.
