In the male group, Nogai tea consuming participants were higher than females. Protein (20%) and fat (47%) consumption were found to be higher in participants with high Nogai tea consumption. According to WHO, low intake was determined as; carbohydrate, fiber, vitamin E, vitamin C, folate and calcium. The intake was over-determined; fat, cholesterol (especially in women) and sodium. Compared with Turkey in general, Nogai eating habits are very different therefore, a more comprehensive study is needed for the nutritional behavior and physical activity of the Nogais.
